David has always had a passion for rooting for the underdog, and he derives great satisfaction and meaning in assisting his clients through challenging workplace situations.   

 

Prior to joining Beacon Law, David was an associate attorney at another local plaintiff-side employment firm. He previously served as a federal law clerk for the District of Oregon for nearly a decade and worked closely with Federal District Judges and Magistrates on a wide range of legal matters. 

 

Born and raised in the Portland area, David continues to reside here with his family - in spite of the rain! He enjoys coaching his son’s youth basketball team and outdoor activities around the Pacific Northwest.

 

David holds an undergraduate degree in Philosophy from Willamette University and earned his J.D. from the University of Oregon School of Law in 2011.
